So yesterday at work one of my kids parents came. OK so lets set down the rule: i must check ID before a parent can take a child. So i ask the parent for ID, and he asks me why? I told him cause i need to see it for our policy, then he goes on to tell me that "Am i going to change my name everyday? What you think im not gonna be the same person i was yesterday?" An i tell him no, i just need to check your ID because its our policy. So decides to take his kid anyway without showing me his ID and giving me a dam attitude.

Dam Parents sometimes don't know rules. Like really, all im trying to do is my job. I know its tedious to show me ID but i dont know some of the parents. It wont take that long to show me an ID so that you can pick up your kid. Its a rule that keeps the kids safe, and all i want to do is make sure that the kids are safe. Its my job.

Anyway, feelings are starting to arise out of me that i thought wouldnt come back...
